Lothar Pelz retired from the German Air Force in 2010 after 35 years of service.
Throughout his military career he gained extensive experience in military Command and Control, national and in NATO, at all levels of command. After his retirement he spent three years in the world’s biggest Border Security Project as Senior Manager, Head of Conceptual Development and Operational Integration Manager in Saudi Arabia. Since then he held key positions in major defense C4I projects in the MENA Region. Past Director and CEO at Digital Soula Systems supporting a major government client.
In 2015 he started his own company, Pelz Consulting LLC, focusing on Strategy and Concept development for complex projects. The company supports clients to develop and apply a robust methodology to implement new business ideas from concept to delivery and managing all associated transformational challenges.
With a long experience in complex projects this includes savvy project management support as well as ensuring successfully turning abstract requirement into concrete Products, Projects, Services & Campaigns. Pelz Consulting ensures that the operational focus is not left behind and keeps customers focused on how to leverage modern technology for the benefit of the Company and the customer from an operational perspective.
The company recently introduced the concept of CBRNet® as a major change idea into the CBRNe industry providing the conceptual framework and the necessary development and management consultancy including change management and transformation of the CBRNe business of a major company.
