Diagnostics: Today and Tomorrow

This presentation will provide a look into the JPEO-CBD’s current initiatives and future outlook on diagnostics products provided to the warfighter. Current and future iterations of the Next Generation Diagnostics family of systems will rapidly diagnose service members who have been exposed to CBRN warfare.

PRISM: Platforms for Rapid Integrated Solutions for Medical Countermeasures

This presentation will introduce the new Platform office at JPM-MCS. The audience will be informed on why platform technologies are vital for our success, how we are changing the way the Department of Defense develops medical countermeasures, and we hope to acquire insight from the audience on what a mature platform looks like. Topics discussed will be the Agile Medical Paradigm (AMP) initiative, solutions developed through AMP, what a platform is, and how to generate more platforms.

JMEDICC: Joint Mobile Emerging Disease Intervention Clinical Capability

This presentation dives into what the JMEDICC objectives are, and the outcomes of the most recent capabilities exercise. Through JMEDICC, enhancing clinical research for diseases associated with biological agents in countries at risk of outbreaks is now possible. This program will help develop pre-approved clinical trial protocols for medical countermeasures targeting biological agents.
