While NCT CBRNe USA is known to be the place to meet high-level U.S. stakeholders in Washington DC, this year’s event will also assemble a number of international stakeholders in CBRNe defense.
The conference will focus on approaches of CBRNe defense and prevention in countries such as the Republic of Korea, Germany and Canada, giving American stakeholders an outstanding opportunity to meet international influencers and decision-makers. In addition, leading experts from the Asia-Pacific, Latin America and Europe will share their perceptions of international CBRN treat reduction, the development of terrorist threats and measures introduced in order to counter these challenges.
Notably, key international stakeholders to present during NCT CBRNe USA 2016 are:
- Klaus Schiff, Commander, German Armed Forces CBRN Defense School
- Inspector Kenneth Faulkner, Officer in Charge of CBRNe, Royal Canadian Mounted Police
- General Guillermo Velarde, President, Instituto de Fusion Nuclear, Spain
NCT CBRNe USA 2016 will take place from May 3-5, 2016, at the Sheraton Pentagon City Hotel in Arlington, including a live CBRNe exercise followed by a conference, end-user workshops, and a static display of CBRNe response capabilities of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and local HazMat teams.
