The NCT USA 2017 conference and exhibition will be held from 19 September till 21 September at the Hilton Washington Dulles Airport hotel (address: 13869 Park Center Rd, Herndon, VA 20171, USA, Phone: +1 703 478 2900). A Live CBRNe Capability Demonstration by federal and local first responders, led by the Fairfax County Bomb Squad & Hazmat Team will take place at parking area of the Hilton Washington Dulles. Since the live demonstration will take place in the parking area of the conference venue, all NCT USA 2017 registered delegates are welcome to join without an additional online registration.

Advantage Conference & Expo is our contracted freight forwarder for NCT USA 2017. They are also responsible for shipping, material handling and furniture rental services. NCT Football Tournament
To warm up to NCT USA 2017 a football tournament will take place on the 19th of September, starting right after the live CBRNe Demonstration, in the outdoor parking area at the conference venue in order to facilitate interaction between end-users and exhibitors. All participants are welcome to join and are allowed to register in teams of 5 people. Please provide us with the name of your teams!

Complimentary WIFI internet access will be provided in all the function rooms of the Hilton Dulles Airport Hotel for the participants of the event. The username and the password will be provided to you on site.
The standard voltage in USA is 120 V, while Type “A” and “B” sockets are used. A voltage converter and a plug adapter may be necessary, depending on your country of departure.
Lunch and Refreshments
Refreshments will be provided during the Networking Refreshment and Lunch breaks, according to the program. In case you have a special dietary requirement linked to health issues, please inform us in advance. We will do our best in order to accommodate your needs.

USA has restrictions for the entrance of foreign nationals in American ground and many nationals require a visa in order to travel to the States. Please visit U.S. Department State website to ensure your visa arrangements or contact your embassy in the USA.
In case you require an invitation letter as a supporting document for your visa application, IB Consultancy will be able to provide you with one once your registration and payment are settled. Please kindly note that IB Consultancy is not responsible for the outcome of your application.
